BEL Probationary Engineer 2026: Selection Process & Exam Pattern
CBT and Interview
- First, candidates will appear for the online Computer Based Test (CBT).
- BEL will use CBT performance to call candidates for a personal interview. Each discipline and category will have a 1:5 shortlist.
- For final selection, the CBT score will count for 85 marks and the interview for 15 marks. Medical fitness is required.
