Selection Procedure

  • Merit-based selection.
  • Trades with ITI requirement:
    • 70% weightage: 10th marks
    • 30% weightage: ITI trade marks
  • Trades without ITI requirement:
    • 100% weightage: 10th marks
  • If 10th marks are in CGPA: Multiply CGPA by 9.5 to convert to percentage
  • Bonus: +10 marks for dependants of HCL/KCC employees
  • Tie-breaker: Older candidate gets preference in case of same merit marks
