Selection Procedure
- Merit-based selection.
- Trades with ITI requirement:
- 70% weightage: 10th marks
- 30% weightage: ITI trade marks
- Trades without ITI requirement:
- 100% weightage: 10th marks
- If 10th marks are in CGPA: Multiply CGPA by 9.5 to convert to percentage
- Bonus: +10 marks for dependants of HCL/KCC employees
- Tie-breaker: Older candidate gets preference in case of same merit marks
