| Agricultural Field Officer | A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy, Fishery, Forestry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering or another listed agriculture subject. |
| Rajbhasha Adhikari | A postgraduate degree in Hindi with English studied at graduation, or a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with both Hindi and English studied at graduation. |
| Law Officer | An LL.B degree and registration with the Bar Council. |
| HR / Personnel Officer | Graduation and a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Development, Social Work or Labour Law. |
