Selection Procedure for Indian Navy SSC Officers Recruitment 2025

  1. Shortlisting: Based on normalized marks in the qualifying degree.
    • BE/B.Tech: Marks up to the 5th semester (for final-year students).
    • Postgraduate (MSc, MCA, MBA, M.Tech): All semester marks (pre-final year marks for final-year students).
  2. Final Merit List: Candidates must submit proof of degree completion with at least 60% marks via email (officer@navy.gov.in).
  3. SSB Interview:
    • Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email/SMS.
    • No change in SSB center allowed.
    • AC 3-tier rail fare reimbursed for first-time interviewees (carry bank details).
    • No compensation for injuries during SSB.
  4. Merit List & Appointment: Based on SSB performance, medical fitness, and available vacancies.
