Eligibility Details
- Graduation: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognised university.
- CPCT: A valid CPCT scorecard issued by MAP-IT or another agency accepted by the Madhya Pradesh Government is required.
- Computer Qualification: Candidates need a one-year DCA or ADCA from an institution recognised by the Madhya Pradesh Government.
- B.E. in CS/IT, BCA, MCA, B.Sc in CS/IT, M.Sc in CS/IT or M.Tech in CS/IT is also accepted.
- A B.Sc or B.Com degree with only one computer subject is not accepted as the required computer qualification.

MPHC Assistant Grade-III 2026: Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process has two stages. Candidates first take an online preliminary exam. Shortlisted candidates then appear for the Hindi typing skill test.
Stage 1: Online Preliminary Exam
- The paper has 100 objective questions for 100 marks.
- Candidates get 120 minutes to complete the test.
- Candidates are called for the skill test in a 1:3 ratio against the available posts.
