How to Apply for UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2025
- Apply online at https://upsconline.gov.in.
- One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory before filling out the application. If already registered, proceed directly.
- OTR registration is a one-time process and can be done anytime.
- Some details in OTR can be edited before final submission and during the correction window, such as name change history, gender, minority status, and Class 10th roll number. However, name, date of birth, parents’ names, mobile number, and email ID cannot be changed.
- If a candidate loses access to the registered mobile number, OTP will be sent to the email for updating it, and vice versa.
- If both mobile and email are lost, the candidate must request a change by emailing otr-upsc@gov.in with required documents, including Matriculation Certificate, ID proof (Aadhar/PAN/Passport/Driving License), recent photo, and an undertaking in the prescribed format (Appendix-IX).
