How To Apply For CIL Management Trainee MT Vacancy 2025
- Apply online through the official website of CIL: www.coalindia.in under the “Career with CIL >> Jobs at Coal India” section.
- Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
- Upload the following self-attested scanned documents:
- Recent passport-size color photo (jpg/jpeg, not older than 3 weeks).
- Signature with a black ink pen (jpg/jpeg).
- Matriculation certificate for age proof.
- Graduation/Post-graduation mark sheets and degree certificates.
- Latest semester/year mark sheet if in the final year (include CGPA to percentage conversion certificate, if applicable).
- Caste certificate for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/SC/ST candidates in the prescribed format.
- PwBD certificate in the prescribed format issued by a competent authority.
- EWS certificate based on the gross annual income of FY 2023-2024 in the prescribed format.
- NOC or application receipt for government/PSU employees.
- Discharge/Service Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
- Relevant experience certificate (if applying for the Security discipline).
- Foreign degree holders must upload a statutory recognition certificate along with the degree.
- Submit the application for only one discipline. If multiple applications are submitted, only the one with the highest sequence number will be considered.
- Incomplete applications or non-attachment of required documents will be rejected.
- Do not send hard copies of the application or documents to CIL.
- Retain a printout of the application form and payment acknowledgment for future reference.
- Candidates using a scribe must upload APPENDIX-I and APPENDIX-II forms at least two days before the exam via email.
- After the closing date, the application form cannot be printed.
