Selection Process
- Candidates will take a Computer Based Test (CBT) with four sections (2 hours duration).
- CBT score will be used to shortlist candidates for the Personal Interview in a 1:5 ratio.
- Shortlisted candidates will participate in a Group Discussion.
- Final selection will be based on CBT score (85%) and Interview performance (15%).
- To qualify, General/EWS/OBC candidates need at least 45% in CBT and 60% in the Interview; SC/ST/PwBD candidates need 40% in CBT and 40% in Interview.
- Merit List will be based on the total marks from CBT and Interview.
- Candidates will need to pass the company’s medical examination before appointment.
- Departmental candidates will be given priority in selection.
